    Jan 24, 2008 · I am 16. I bench 275 and squat only about 405 (i broke my ankle last year) I take creatine and whey protien after every workout. I put it in a blender and mix with ice cream and a bannana. I started off lifting weights 2 years ago and my max bench was 135 and squat was 225. I have doubled up almost with that combo of protein and creatine.
