Jan 30, 2009 · I got it 1000 lbs club the summer before my jr. year in highschool and i did a ton of sport specific stuff that took away from weights. I am 6' 220 though. Too bad i quit for three years, or i might be way up there now. But yeah in the real world 1000 pounds total is a strong guy.
